Sales Account Manager
Uncapped Commission

Due to our explosive growth, we are currently expending our Sales team. We are currently seeking for results oriented, ambitious, career focused Sales Account Manager to take on the immediate management of our sales and account management responsibilities. The selected candidate will be motivated, career focused team player with a desire to work in a growing small to medium size company.

This role will be accountable for client satisfaction during projects, client reporting, sales strategy, contract renewals and overall portfolio growth. Additionally, they will be involved in developing and integrating web marketing strategies providing insight and direction into best practices for web metrics and deliver initiatives that improve online performance in accordance with our strategy road-map.

Responsibilities include:
Support sales team by attending and possibly presenting strategy in sales meetings

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals
  • Establish a consistent daily call routine in line with expected call metrics
    of 60 calls per day
  • Conduct ongoing customer research to assess customer needs

Develop regular reports and recommendations that communicate online performance throughout the organization
Working with project managers, web analytics, and development teams to continuously test, measure and enhance user experience

Client Facing:
Acquisition of new accounts as well as closing new contracts within existing client base
Account management: working with key clients on daily basis

  • Maintain relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers
  • Triage and resolve incoming customer inquiries (email/web/phone) efficiently
  • Regular updates on project progress through conference calls and project plans
  • Proficient in presenting web analytics and trends to clients and running large meetings
  • Become an expert on all aspects of the clients’ business

Create exciting, customer-centric and e-communication strategy based on client needs

  • Relationship building through proactive communication
  • Building trust and confidence in meeting deadlines and deliverables
  • Managing expectations during both positive and challenging situations

    System Implementation:

    · Understand all requirements relating to system functionality
    · Complete comprehension of internal tools and applications
    · Creating layouts for marketing materials
    · Proficiency in a business rules scripting language for advanced system level specifications
    · Building and maintaining the structure of system information data
    · Constant testing and quality assurance throughout the entire project implementation period and addressing issues with urgency when needed

    Internal Processes:

    • Working with other departments (Graphic Design, Development, Infrastructure, and Business Development) to meet all system requirements
    • Task management: priorit izing and status follow-up
    • Hands-on support for other project deliveries and product quality assurance


    Ability to influence decision makers and close new contracts
    Expertise in keeping existing clients happy and engaged

    • Impeccable social skills (including communication, written and presentation skills)

    Strong time management skills
    Outstanding work ethic, character, integrity and professionalism

    Required Experience

    Bachelor’s degree required
    Documented success closing new contracts
    At least 3 years experience in Client/Account Services
    At least 2 years managing clients/accounts or selling new business in the web and advertising industry
    At least 2 years experience with high level reporting, external client presentations and online strategy mapping
    Expert in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and PPT.
